FIA brings an institutional setting for demonstrating AI innovation
FIA’s existing AI work—and selected AIEI / AIROI Association collaboration—can contribute evidence toward FIA’s planned MSA RAIL credential.
FIA already has examples of AI supporting student capability, staff learning, organizational problem-solving, and operational improvement. Responsible-use practices, authentic projects, partner development, and selected AIEI / AIROI pathways can further demonstrate that FIA is using AI innovatively to lead, learn, and improve.
Why it matters
FIA offers a credible education-sector implementation environment in which ideas, training, and practical applications can be demonstrated—not merely promoted.

Elite AI Operator pathway for partner-school students
Current commercial proposal
- $1,500 for the ten-month program
- $150 monthly option described in current materials
- FIA retains 20%: $300 per student
- Two FIA elective credits upon successful completion

Core education-market question
AIEI / AIROI Association's typical participants already feel professional or competitive urgency. Students, parents, and educators need the program translated through future readiness, powerful learning, ethical use, portfolio evidence, academic credit, and sustained student support.
Therefore: FIA should consider serving as the trusted educational face, not merely transferring families to an outside provider.

Is a growing training and implementation partnership of mutual interest?
If so, what can FIA / USUP and AIEI / AIROI Association collaborate on to develop new offerings, enter education and business markets, and help organizations implement a shared vision for an AI-enabled future? FIA already brings practical AI use cases, demonstrations, resources, implementation experience, trusted relationships, and access to Study Wisconsin and The Hub. AIEI / AIROI Association can identify the methodology, training, technical expertise, certification pathways, and other resources it may want to contribute. The purpose of this discussion is to explore where these complementary strengths could create mutual value and grow into paid training, implementation, and institutional partnerships.
FIA and Dave already bring
- Demonstrated education-sector and organizational AI use cases
- Examples of agents, workflows, and resources used to solve real FIA problems
- Education-focused framing and audience-specific translation
- Implementation experience: helping organizations move from examples to practical application
- Presentations, demonstrations, and relationships with Study Wisconsin and The Hub
- Marketing, follow-up, and the ability to identify qualified needs, connections, and referrals
AIEI / AIROI Association may add
- Existing training, frameworks, and professional resources it wants to make available
- Elite AI Operator and related certification pathways
- Technical expertise, mentors, or advanced follow-on learning
- Co-branding or co-delivery where it adds value
- Paid pathways for audiences ready to move beyond FIA’s initial examples
Create value before asking for the next commitment
The same principles can support both markets, but the examples and outcomes should match the audience.
Share useful work
Offer a substantive FIA use case, tool, or resource that is valuable on its own and demonstrates real capability.
Teach through examples
Use training to show judgment and application, allowing participants to recognize where they need deeper help.
Let solving reveal what is next
Use each engagement to surface the next meaningful educational, organizational, or business problem.
Begin with trusted networks
Start with FIA/USUP partners, Study Wisconsin relationships, and The Hub community rather than cold-market outreach.
Build qualified referral pathways
Create a reliable process for connecting needs to FIA implementation support or AIEI / AIROI Association training and certification.
Lead from a defined niche
FIA leads in strategic AI implementation for education; Hub offerings translate that implementation discipline into practical business value.
The higher-value work builds capacity that remains with the organization
For education organizations
- Develop AI-capable staff and leadership teams
- Increase institutional capacity for learning, service, and operations
- Establish governance, ownership, documentation, and responsible-use standards
- Create sustainable capability that does not depend on one internal champion
For Hub businesses
- Build an AI-skilled workforce across practical business functions
- Increase capacity in sales, marketing, service, and operations
- Support growth without immediately adding equivalent headcount
- Build documented systems that make the business more scalable and less owner-dependent
Combine the available assets
Capacity and ownership

What partnership model would create mutual value?
These models can represent stages of a growing relationship rather than a single permanent choice. The appropriate economics should reflect the market access, relationship development, marketing, implementation, delivery, support, and credentialing responsibilities each organization actually assumes.
1. Referral relationship
FIA / USUP introduces qualified prospects. AIEI / AIROI Association manages enrollment, delivery, support, and credentialing. The existing 20% share may fit this limited role.
2. Training and implementation partnership
The organizations combine FIA’s audiences, examples, education-sector knowledge, marketing capacity, and implementation support with AIEI / AIROI Association’s methodology, training, technical expertise, and certification.
3. Market-development partnership
The organizations jointly develop or adapt offerings, enter selected education and business markets, build clients’ internal capability, and pursue longer-term institutional relationships.

What would make the 15-minute discussion successful
The goal is not to resolve every operating and revenue question today. A successful call establishes whether there is enough mutual interest to continue, clarifies the most immediate student-pathway needs, and defines a focused next step.

Elite AI Operator Pathway
At FIA, powerful learning means knowing what to do, not just what to know. This ten-month pathway is designed for students who want to move beyond basic AI use and build practical capability through authentic career, entrepreneurship, internship, venture, or client-centered work.
AIEI / AIROI Association provides the core methodology, learning sequence, technical expertise, and credentialing framework. FIA is proposing to serve as the education-facing partner through student and family communication, cohort support, partner coordination, and alignment with FIA elective credit.
How the learning progresses
What students will work toward
- A working AI agent or workflow connected to a real purpose
- An authentic project, venture, internship, or client-centered application
- A portfolio of concrete work products that universities and employers can inspect
- Customer or stakeholder discovery, prototype development, and a final portfolio presentation
- A written reflection on responsible AI use and where the student’s own judgment guided the work
- The Elite AI Operator credential upon demonstrating the competencies and evidence requirements established by AIEI / AIROI Association
- Two FIA elective credits upon verified successful completion of FIA’s academic requirements for the pathway
How it is proposed to work
The ten-month experience combines asynchronous learning with live or on-demand opportunities, mentoring, applied projects, and community interaction. Students work from anywhere while building a portfolio over time. Final workload, mentor access, meeting cadence, progress reporting, and completion requirements will be confirmed before enrollment opens.
Proposed tuition
$1,500 for the ten-month program, with a proposed $150 monthly option. Enrollment, payment commitments, withdrawals, refunds, and support responsibilities will be stated in the final enrollment agreement.
For students who want to leave high school with more than awareness of AI—with evidence that they can use it responsibly to build, solve problems, and create value.
